Study agreement

I voluntarily agree to participate. My contact details link my registration and TrackMan results. Published findings will be generic and will not identify a golfer, location, school, coach or facility. My individual report is confidential. Participants, coaches, facilities and schools may not use study data or rankings for publicity, advertising or promotional claims. I may stop participation at any time by telling the coach. Only rollout distance may be shared during testing; start line results are withheld until all 14 putts are finished.

Records are stored privately by PUR Golf for the study team. Contact details are excluded from deidentified research exports. To request correction or withdrawal, contact the coach who enrolls you or email david@pur.golf. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing.
